• Building in Love

Spiritual gifts and their expressions are temporary—but the love of God remains. Therefore, only what is built out of this love will bear lasting fruit.

That is why we build everything out of God’s love—so that what we build will endure.

• Building in Relationship

We believe that the Kingdom of God is built on relationships. That is why we first build genuine relationships rooted in love, trust, and mutual honor. For us, structures, positions, and organizations grow out of these relationships and serve what God brings forth through them.

We intentionally invest in relationships, walk together, and build lasting connection.

• Identity Before Ministry

We believe that God first called us to be sons and daughters before He gave us an assignment. Our identity does not come from what we do for God, but from who we already are in Him.

From this identity, people discover their calling, their destiny, and their place in the Kingdom of God. That is why we do not define people by their ministry, gifts, or performance, but by their identity in Christ.

• Character Before Anointing

We believe in the power of the anointing and in the gifts God entrusts to people. At the same time, every anointing requires character that can carry it.

That is why we cultivate spiritual maturity, integrity, humility, and a healed heart. Our goal is to see people grow in such a way that their character keeps pace with their calling and anointing.

We walk alongside people so that their inner maturity can carry what God entrusts to them.

• Under the Leadership of the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the highest authority in everything we build together. He determines the direction, timing, and way in which we move forward.

That is why we submit our plans, structures, and decisions to His leadership. We remain responsive to His movement and ready to realign our ways at any time with what He is doing.

The Holy Spirit has the final word in everything.

• Together for the Kingdom of God

We believe in God’s fivefold blueprint, in which all gifts, callings, and anointings complement one another. Apostolic and prophetic leadership provide direction and lay the foundation.

Every person carries a God-given anointing and calling—together, we express the fullness of what God desires to accomplish through His Body. That is why we build in complementarity rather than competition and encourage people to take their God-given place.

Our understanding of the Kingdom of God extends far beyond church life. We want to equip people to make God’s Kingdom visible in every area of life and society—wherever God has placed them.

• Connected to the Jewish People

We believe in God’s enduring election of the Jewish people. Through Jesus, we too share in God’s promises and recognize a special bond with the Jewish people.
