Alignment

Distinct, but not independent

Kingdom Builders has a distinct calling and carries responsibility for what God has entrusted to us. At the same time, we believe that this calling is not meant to be fulfilled independently, but in relationship and connection with others.

God’s Kingdom is built through relationships. That is why we are intentionally connected with people, ministries, and networks with whom God has brought us into relationship. These connections take different forms—from spiritual parenting and apostolic-prophetic alignment to friendship and collaboration, as well as local and structural partnership.

For us, alignment means remaining independent in our mandate and responsibility while consciously choosing spiritual connection, receiving from one another, living in accountability, and building together.

Healthy spiritual relationships create space to receive from one another, strengthen one another, and also welcome correction. They place people alongside us to whom we intentionally make ourselves accountable and with whom we can openly discuss our journey, our decisions, and what God has entrusted to us.

Our Alignments

Mark & Ann Tubbs · Transformation of the Nations

Our relationship with Dr. Mark and Ann Tubbs goes far beyond collaboration. They serve as spiritual parents in our lives and ministry and accompany us personally and spiritually on our journey.

Mark leads the international apostolic network Transformation of the Nations (TOTN), with which Kingdom Builders is connected. Through this relationship, we are part of a larger international relational network and connected with people who are involved in building the Kingdom of God in different places around the world.

What is especially valuable to us is our personal relationship with Mark and Ann. We intentionally open our lives and ministry to them, seek their counsel, and give their voice room to encourage, challenge, and, where necessary, correct us.

For us, spiritual parenting does not mean dependency, but receiving from a relationship of trust, living in accountability, and being strengthened and released into our own mandate.

By Design · Amsterdam

We share a special apostolic-prophetic alignment with By Design and Dick and Dr. Arleen Westerhof of the Apostolic Center Amsterdam. Kingdom Builders is part of their network and enjoys a close personal and spiritual relationship with them.

Dick and Arleen accompany and support us especially in developing our equipping ministry. We have the privilege of receiving from their many years of experience, their spiritual insights, and the resources God has entrusted to them over the years. These also contribute directly to the development of our seminars.

Our connection, however, goes beyond collaboration and support with content. We intentionally open our lives and ministry to them, seek their spiritual counsel, and give them room to speak into what we live and build, both personally and as Kingdom Builders. In this relationship as well, we consciously choose to live in accountability and remain open to correction.

For us, this alignment brings together relationship, spiritual impartation, and shared equipping with voluntarily embraced accountability—so that we can build our own mandate in a healthy way and with spiritual maturity.
